So I switched up my workout routine and did legs yesterday
Dear god why?? I am now entering 28 hours post workout and it’s more and more painful to move. I’m scared to go to sleep because I’m pretty sure I know what the morning holds for me..

I think that is my main goal right now. I carry most of my weight in my proximal limbs. Despite losing almost 50 lbs my fat is still trying to eat my elbows, and my thighs.. well there has been some improvement.
Ya’ll I can feel my muscles. It’s so weird. I’ll be showering and scrubbing and then I’ll feel my leg flex and then I feel myself up because I feel hard where before I was always soft.
It’s the small things you have to cling to.. don’t judge me.
